WELCOME HOME

More than 70 service organizations and clubs use our home to make an impact locally and nationally. In fact, bookings from non-profit organizations and individuals like you account for almost 90% of our room and pool rental hours.

Civic

More than 70 service organizations and clubs use our home to make an impact locally and nationally. In fact, bookings from non-profit organizations and individuals like you account for almost 90% of our room and pool rental hours. So, almost any time you come through our doors, something good is happening here and there’s a chance you will meet up with a friend or neighbor who is part of a group that is making a difference.

The Community House was built primarily to support these organizations and as a result, fees for room use are discounted to accommodate non-profit budgets.

Social

Hundreds of celebrations, spanning the lifecycle, happen here every year. These social functions contribute to the vision of bonding people and families to each other and to our town. From weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, retirement dinners, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, funerals and life celebrations, our stunning and historic space has seen it all.

Most of our rooms have been updated to ensure events are aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly, we seek to customize memories to individual needs. On a number of occasions, our rooms have been transformed to customize your memories and truly make your experience unique.

Recreational

Since our doors opened in 1926, we’ve remained sincere to the vision. In true Moorestown fashion, we have upheld the integrity of this building that continues to play an integral role as the unity within the community.

Many people have fond memories of Dance Assembly, playing basketball in the gym or attending swim lessons or pool parties, while others have memories of scarecrow making on the front lawn, FREE summer movie nights in the ballroom or the Tree Lighting Celebration.

The Scott Coffee Moorestown Rotary 8K, which began 30 years ago on our front lawn, has grown from 125 runners to over 1,000 in recent years.
