Cooks Tour


Cancelled for 2021

The Cooks Tour is held every year on the first Wednesday of December and is run by the Virtua Memorial Auxiliaries. This event began in 1962 by the Curtis Auxiliary, an all-volunteer organization founded by a group of Moorestown women. The auxiliary began hosting fundraising events in the community to support Virtua Memorial Hospital.

Although not run by the Community House, we have been a popular stop on this festive tour of Moorestown. The Cooks Tour features beautifully decorated homes dressed for the holiday season. Generous homeowners open their doors to the public to share their holiday traditions in support of this worthy cause.

Supporting non-profit organizations is a major part of the mission of the Community House of Moorestown, and we are proud to be a part of this event. Tickets go on sale a few weeks prior to the event and can be purchased at the Community House or online at foundation.virtua.org.
