About the Forum
The Community House of Moorestown is proud to host its first-ever nonprofit forum, bringing together organizations serving Burlington and Camden Counties for a morning of connection, collaboration, and actionable learning. This event is designed to help nonprofit professionals, funders, and community partners share ideas, resources, and strategies to tackle today’s pressing challenges.

Julie Fink, MS, CFRE, has more than 17 years in the nonprofit industry, bringing forth her business mindset with practical tactics to successfully take fundraising efforts to the next level. With an expanded background in marketing and public relations, her knowledge, expertise, and understanding have resulted in successful and desired industry outcomes for two major healthcare systems on the East Coast.
Noreen Flewelling

Noreen Flewelling has served as Senior Development Director at Cathedral Kitchen in Camden since 2016. A graduate of Fairfield University, she brings more than 30 years of fundraising experience to her role. Previously, she held development positions including Major Gift Officer at Virtua Foundation, Director of Development for Children of Bellevue, Inc. at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City, where she led a capital campaign to create the Francis Loeb Child Protection Center, and fundraising consultant with Long Pond Advisors, working with nonprofit clients across health care, social services, education, religion, and the arts.
Sabine D. Mehnert-Roehm

Boys & Girls Club of Camden County
Ms. Mehnert-Roehm has been the Director of Development at Boys & Girls Club of Camden County since 2017, managing events, individual giving, corporate & foundation grants, resource development & event committees, social media, website, volunteers, interns, donor acknowledgement & donation processing. Ms. Mehnert-Roehm has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, concentrating on fundraising for education & food insecurity, including managing thousands of volunteers, engaging volunteers to become donors, corporate relations, and being the spokesperson for the regional food bank.
Alicia McGowan
Development Manager
Holman
Alicia McGowan is the Manager of Community Affairs at Holman, where she leads the strategic vision for the company’s philanthropic initiatives. In her role, Alicia oversees charitable giving priorities and cultivates meaningful volunteer opportunities that connect Holman employees with the communities they serve. Alicia is a relationship-driven leader who actively builds partnerships with nonprofit organizations to advance Holman’s philanthropic mission of investing in communities where Holman operates. She also plays a key role in shaping internal policies that guide the company’s social investments and supports signature initiatives like Holman’s annual United Way workplace campaign.
Pam Henshall (Moderator)

As a nonprofit leader and visionary with experience in management, leadership, business development, marketing, administration, programming, and fundraising, Pam Henshall brings new opportunities to the Community House of Moorestown (CHM). In the past, Pam has provided leadership for both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations. Additionally, she demonstrated the ability to develop, implement, and oversee innovative marketing and promotional campaigns for mission-driven businesses and charitable organizations. Pam consistently and successfully builds consensus and drives cooperative relationships with staff, Boards of Directors, volunteers, government agencies, partner organizations, and the regional community.
