Pamela Henshall
Executive Director
Pam brought her nonprofit expertise in management, fundraising, marketing, and programming to the Community House of Moorestown in July 2024. A self-described history nerd and garden enthusiast, she found her perfect match in a historic institution with beautiful grounds to steward. Her love of history and growth flows naturally into her vision for the Community House, preserving its legacy while cultivating new programs and events. She is honored to work alongside a talented staff and supportive board of trustees who share that same passion.
Jennifer Paglione

If you've called the Community House, you've already met Jennifer. As Administrator, she's the warm, welcoming presence who keeps daily operations humming and serves as a trusted guide for clients, tenants, and the broader community. Jennifer is the kind of person every organization needs: reliable, kind, and always smiling.
Juan Lopez
Operations & Facilities Director
Six years in, and Juan Lopez, Director of Operations & Facilities, remains the steady backbone of the Community House. His unmatched expertise, calm under pressure, and ability to do more with less make him the foundation on which everything else is built. New challenges, new ideas, client needs, it doesn’t matter. Juan handles it all without missing a beat.
